2. After Skoop receives your registration, we will set up an Intro Call to discuss details and the best start dates for your pet.

Nursing Appointments (including diagnostic appointments) require a referral from your primary/specialty veterinary. For a quicker response, please send this link to your veterinarian to complete --> https://www.skoopnyc.com/vet-referral-form

1. After Skoop receives a referral form, our nurse will schedule a meet-n-greet or initial appointment with you.

2. The Nursing or Diagnostic visits include travel, vitals, care, visit notes sent to DVM to review.

3. Skoop will reschedule for follow-up, packages, or you can book appointments at anytime HERE.
